A disused car dealership and former feed store was converted into a new dining venue on the new park blocks at the center of the Medford Commons, a new office and commercial development in downtown Medford.

The project involved a significant seismic upgrade of the unreinforced masonry building, allowing for new opportunities to open the building to adjacent park property and create new covered spaces for outdoor dining.
