The Concord
Medford, Oregon September 2017
ORW Architecture worked with the Housing Authority of Jackson County to design a new urban living model for downtown Medford. The project consists of fifty 1 and 2 bedroom apartments intended for low-income and developmentally disabled residents. The building occupies a half-block with three stories of apartments over parking and a large child play area and community rooms on the ground floor. Each of the apartment levels has access to a corner community room and laundry facility. A rooftop terrace provides for community gathering and meeting space and a connection to the outdoors.
