The compact and specialized Administration Building accommodates the public which take part at this RV and outdoor facility, providing public restrooms, park check-in, and a laundry facility.

Collaboration with the Parks and Recreation resulted in incorporating their need to self-perform selected aspects of the construction, and include these directions, to produce a final design which provides access and finishes were fulfilling staff needs and providing a durable building for the Parks and Recreation team, while working within the project budget.
