Medford, Oregon 74,000 SF August 2012

The Lithia headquarters is a mixed-use office and retail building in downtown Medford. The project consists of a lobby, utility, and almost 12,000 s.f. of retail space at the ground floor and an additional three stories of corporate offices above. Each façade of the building responds to a unique exposure - differing patterns of traffic, nature, and pedestrian activity, resulting in a project with four unique elevations.
